Product Description

The Ecoplat Plus is an entry-level turntable stretch wrapping machine manufactured by Robopac.

This machine is designed to help businesses move away from hand-wrapping, shifting towards automated wrapping instead. The machine is available in two versions, Basic and FRD.

The Basic version is equipped with a panel featuring electromechanical buttons, allowing you to easily set all the functions of the cycle, such as “Turntable Rotation Speed”.
The FRD version has an LED display panel and a parameters selector by JOG, giving you more functions and flexibility than the Basic version, such as “Top Sheet Cycle” and “Eco Cycle”.

Hand wrapping can be tedious and time-consuming, so this machine is designed to aid businesses with faster pallet wrapping, allowing more time to be spent on other operations. Therefore, the Ecoplat Plus is a small investment for saving not only time but also the amount of film used. The FRD carriage has a mechanical brake with an on/off lever, allowing a constant tension which is not affected by the size of the film reel.
